Wellness is possible!   – even in this broken-down, sin-filled world.

In fact, our good and faithful Creator has designed our bodies for wellness.  Though in this world we will have suffering, He has not left us without help.  In fact, we believe that He has perfectly provided for our every need within the beautiful patterns of nature.

Food is powerful medicine.  Herbs, ESSENTIAL OILS, and homeopathic medicines have the potential to support and nourish our bodies, providing balance and healing, without harmful side effects.  Even sunshine, fresh air, clean water, and exercise can greatly impact our well-being if we will take them seriously.

Over-the-counter and prescription medications mask symptoms, helping you to feel better temporarily, but do not address the underlying causes of illness.  In fact, in many cases, pharmaceuticals actually intensify the conditions they are meant to treat.  Of course, there are times in life when a prescription may be unavoidable, but around here we save them for emergencies only.
